This is a question one of my cousin was asked in an RE lesson. It is something im going to try and answer purelly out of interest she had to write 500 wors ive so far got a 1000. Id be interested to know what people think
Science is a methodology, nothing is believed untill lots of experiments have failed to disprove it and even then its status as knowledge is still tentative.
A scientist will follow the evidence, they are likely to have a healthy sceptism. Religion relies on revelation and sacred texts to deliver truth.
